  • National Center for Youth Issues (NCYI) reserves the right to change prices, specifications and quantities mentioned on our website without notice or obligation.
  • Please call for quotes on special kits or quantities not listed on the website.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipments are F.O.B. Chattanooga, TN.
  • While NCYI will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as may have been quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives, these are only estimated dates of delivery. The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
  • Expedited shipments (Overnight, or 2-Day) or shipments made to APO's or other addresses outside the continental U.S.A. will require additional charges for shipping & handling.

Return Merchandise Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed! We guarantee your full satisfaction with our products. If they do not produce the results you anticipated, simply return them with a note to that effect and we will issue a prompt refund or credit. There is absolutely no risk!

We recommend that you ship the materials using a shipping method that gives you a delivery confirmation. NCYI will not be liable for shipments that are lost in transit before they arrive at our office.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify NCYI.org's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. NCYI.org reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 may require additional information prior to shipment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Taxes

NCYI.org shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Tennessee and North Carolina. Tennessee customers with tax exempt status, please call 1-800-477-8277 or email customerservice@ncyi.org to submit the tax exempt ID # for our files. All North Carolina customers pay sales tax, based on North Carolina’s Department of Revenue law. NCYI.org does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Tennessee and North Carolina.

Backorder Policy

We usually hold orders till we can supply all items. If you want us to ship items as they come available, you may leave us a special message as you are checking out and paying for your order.

NCYI's Online Privacy Policy

NCYI is committed to the protection of your privacy. When placing an online order with NCYI.org, the information that we collect from you, is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and servicing your account. We need your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, contact phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us with a way to contact you, should we have a question concerning your current order. After you place an online order with NCYI.org, a copy of that order is sent to you via e-mail for your records.

NCYI.org does not send unsolicited email, or spam. NCYI.org will never sell, rent or distribute your e-mail address to any other company or organization. Once you have ordered from us, or have filled out our online catalog request form, you will begin to receive our mail order catalog. We mail this catalog approximately nine times a year.

NCYI's Use of Cookies

To shop online with NCYI.org, your internet browser must be set to allow cookies, a small bit of text used by your browser to uniquely identify you to our web server. If your browser is set to reject cookies you will not be able to add anything to your shopping cart. We use cookies to make sure that when you add something to your shopping cart it goes into your cart and not someone else's. We also use cookies to track how many unique visitors we have daily and general buying trends within our site. This information is only for NCYI.org's internal use and will never be distributed to any other parties.
